Job summary

Vistar is hiring a Loader Formula at our Riverside, MO distribution center. You will transport goods into trailers using forklifts or pallet jacks, build and secure pallets, and ensure accuracy and safety throughout the shift.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday (4pm-Finish). The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a multi-temperature warehouse. Benefits begin Day 1 including health and wellness, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months in warehouse/distribution
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift or pallet jack
• Prepare pallets for shipping and secure loads
• Move pallets from staging area to the loading dock
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and report unsafe conditions
• Follow safety policies and procedures per company guidelines
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure equipment
