Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and payoffs.
• Handle daily wires and payments with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to dealer and customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain and distribute weekly reports for lenders and customers.
• Support branches and other bank departments as needed.
