Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Warehouse Lending loans, dealer floor plan payoffs, and related processing tasks. The role involves inputting loans, posting payments, and maintaining communications with lenders and customers.

The ideal candidate will handle daily wires, monitor transactions, and collaborate with branches and departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoff; contact dealer or warehouse customer as needed.
• Post payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan and Warehouse Lending loans.
• Process daily wires and maintain timely processing.
• Provide support to branches and other bank departments via email/phone.
