Responsibilities include daily wires, reporting, and collaboration with lenders, dealers, and bank departments to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers for issues.
• Post payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Warehouse Lending loans.
• Process daily wires and maintain timely processing.
• Provide support to branches and other bank departments via email or phone.
• Maintain reports and distribute dealer floor plan data to lenders.
• Communicate with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, dealers and customers throughout the day.
