Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a detail-oriented loan operations specialist to input Warehouse Lending loans and paydowns, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle daily wire activity. You will communicate with dealers, mortgage warehouse lenders, and customers, ensuring accurate posting to core systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with banking processes and Microsoft Office. Associates degree preferred and GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institution preferred.
• Ability to learn Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payment and payoff; contacts dealer or warehouse customer with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and loans in the core system.
• Performs daily wires processing and maintains timely processing of transactions.
• Maintains communication via email and phone with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Dealers and customers.
• Downloads and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Plan reports to lenders.
• Monitors loan transactions and notifies customers of returned payments.
• Posts loan payments and handling as instructed by lead bank.
• Processes remittance paperwork for participation loans as lead bank.
