Job summary

You will coordinate with lenders, dealers, and internal teams, ensuring timely settlements and maintenance while adapting to evolving systems and technology in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies proper payment and payoff; communicates issues to dealers.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and loans.
• Performs daily wire processing and maintains vendor timelines.
• Maintains communication with Mortgage Warehouse lenders, dealers, customers.
• Downloads and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Plan reports to lenders.
• Monitors serviced loan transactions and notifies customers of returns.
• Provides support to branches and bank departments as needed.
• Ensures accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
