Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage input of Warehouse Lending loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle daily payment activities, ensuring accuracy in the core banking system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associates degree preferred
• Experience in banking or financial institution preferred

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers or customers with issues
• Post payments and payoffs to systems and loans
• Handle daily wires and processing milestones
• Maintain communications with lenders, dealers, and customers
• Download, save, and distribute weekly reports to lenders
• Monitor transactions and notify customers of returned payments
• Process remittance paperwork for participation loans
• Provide support to branches and departments via email or phone
• Maintain confidentiality and manage workload under deadlines
