Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented associate to input warehouse lending loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle daily wires.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality to coordinate with lenders, dealers, and branches. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred) and banking experience, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core banking system.
• Process dealer floor plan transactions and payoffs.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems.
• Handle wires daily and maintain communications with lenders and dealers.
• Provide support to branches and other departments via email or phone.
• Maintain accuracy and timely processing of onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
