WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Banking Operations Associate in Chattanooga to input Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle payments and payoffs. The role requires strong customer service and accurate processing under regulatory guidelines.

You will interact with branches and lenders, manage wires daily, and support multiple departments to ensure smooth onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Access.
• Ability to learn new banking systems quickly.

Mansioni

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and payoffs.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems.
• Maintain daily wires processing and timely customer communications.
• Provide support to branches and other departments as needed.
