Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify proper payments and payoff; contact dealer or warehouse customer.
• Post payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and loans in the core system.
• Perform daily wires processing and remittance duties.
• Maintain communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, dealers and customers.
• Distribute weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
• Monitor serviced loan transactions and inform customers of returned payments.
• Handle BHG loan payments and processing activities as needed.
• Ensure accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
