Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Banking Operations role focused on Warehouse Lending loan input, dealer floor plan processing, and paydowns. Responsibilities include handling wires, postings, and daily maintenance while coordinating with lenders and dealers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Associates preferred), and comfort with Word, Excel, and Access. Banking experience is a plus; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on requests from dealers.
• Verifies proper payment and payoff and contacts dealers as needed.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Banking systems.
• Performs daily processing of wires and related tasks.
• Maintains communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Floor Plan Dealers and customers.
• Downloads and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
• Monitors serviced loan transactions and notifies customers of returns.
• Processes remittance paperwork for participation loans as lead bank.
• Processes incoming and outgoing wires daily.
• Provides support to branches and departments via email or phone.
• Ensures accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
