Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to input Warehouse Lending loans, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle payments and payoffs.

You will communicate with lenders, dealers, and customers throughout the day to ensure accurate processing. The role requires strong organization, the ability to multi-task in a regulated banking environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the banking core system.
• Process dealer floor plan transactions and payoffs.
• Post payments and payoffs; monitor wires daily.
• Maintain communication with lenders and dealers via email/phone.
• Provide support to branches and departments.
