Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations Associate to input new Warehouse Lending loans and paydowns, process Dealer Floor Plan transactions, and handle daily wire processing. You will communicate with dealers and mortgage warehouse lenders to ensure accurate payments and timely maintenance of accounts.

The role requires strong accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans and paydowns in the core system.
• Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and wires daily.
• Verify payment and payoff accuracy; contact dealers with issues.
• Maintain communications with lenders, dealers, and customers via email/phone.
• Support branches and other departments as needed.
