WesBanco, Inc. is seeking an organized operations professional to input Warehouse Lending loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle payments with accuracy. The role requires strong communication with dealers, lenders and customers, and daily maintenance of wires and remittances.

You will support branches and other departments, learn new banking systems, and adapt to evolving processes to streamline activities.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates degree preferred.
Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.

Mansioni

Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core system and process paydowns.
Process Dealer Floor Plan transactions and verify payments and payoffs.
Communicate with dealers, lenders and customers via phone and email daily.
Post payments and payoffs to systems and monitor daily wires and remittances.
Maintain timely onboarding and servicing of loans and provide support to branches.
