Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle the input of Warehouse Lending loans, paydowns, and dealer floor plan transactions. You will process payments, monitor transactions, and provide stakeholder support across branches and departments in a regulated banking environment.

The role requires basic banking experience, strong accuracy, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly to scale operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans and paydowns into the core banking system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payments and payoffs; contacts dealers with issues as needed.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and loans.
• Processes daily wires and reporting to maintain timely transactions.
• Maintains email and phone communication with lenders, dealers and customers.
• Monitors loan activity and notifies customers of any issues or returns.
• Supports branches and departments with banking systems and processes.

Education

HS Diploma or GED

Associate degree preferred

Banking experience preferred
