Job summary

Nutra-Med Packaging LLC in Whippany, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across GMP-regulated facilities. You will balance people leadership, operational execution, inventory accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement on multiple shifts.

You will develop teams on the floor, solve real-time problems, and push for process improvements while partnering across the organization to ensure materials, equipment, and finished goods move securely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience across multiple shifts/locations.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, packaging, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS processes, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, material flow, and operational KPIs.
• Experience supporting audits, investigations, CAPA, SOPs, and regulated warehouse processes.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and hands-on operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable warehouse and logistics strategies to improve layout, space utilization, material flow, and efficiency.
• Maintain facilities to high standards of organization, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Drive inventory accuracy through WMS processes, cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, load traceability, and controlled inter-building movements.
• Ensure receiving, shipping, and distribution activities are completed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
• Partner with Packaging, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate movements of materials and finished goods.
• Develop and enforce asset-security and facility-control protocols to safeguard inventory and equipment.
• Lead warehouse investigations involving deviations, quality incidents, and inventory discrepancies; implement CAPA.
