Ready to Lead, Improve & Scale?
Nutra-Med Packaging is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple GMP-regulated facilities. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can balance people leadership, operational execution, inventory accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a leader who doesn’t manage the warehouse from behind a desk. You'll be close to the operation, developing teams across multiple shifts, solving problems in real time, strengthening processes, and partnering across the organization to ensure materials, equipment, and finished goods move accurately, securely, and efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing scalable warehouse and logistics strategies that improve layout, space utilization, material flow, and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining warehouse facilities to the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Driving inventory accuracy through effective WMS processes, cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, load traceability, and controlled inter-building movements.
- Ensuring the integrity of storage and material-handling processes while meeting established service-level expectations.
- Partnering closely with Packaging to ensure the timely picking, staging, replenishment, return, and delivery of required materials and supplies.
- Ensuring receiving, shipping, and distribution activities are completed accurately, securely, and on schedule.
- Collaborating with Packaging, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Developing and enforcing asset-security and facility-control protocols designed to safeguard inventory, equipment, warehouse areas, and controlled materials.
- Overseeing warehouse equipment and infrastructure, including trucks, powered industrial vehicles, material-handling equipment, and racking.
- Maintaining audit-ready operations and ensuring compliance with applicable cGMP, GDP, FDA, DEA, safety, and internal requirements.
- Leading warehouse investigations involving deviations, quality incidents, technical queries, and inventory discrepancies, including root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Supporting customer, regulatory, and DEA audits while maintaining applicable SOPs and ensuring warehouse employees are appropriately trained.
- Maintaining applicable DEA records and controlled-substance storage requirements, including ARCOS reporting, inventories, access controls, import/export documentation, quota support, and audit preparation.
- Leading, coaching, and developing warehouse teams across multiple shifts and facilities while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establishing and monitoring meaningful warehouse KPIs, identifying operational risks and performance gaps, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Championing operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement, and the adoption of enabling technologies.
What You Bring
We're looking for an experienced leader who understands that great warehouse operations require both operational discipline and strong people leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution management experience.
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including developing employees and leading teams across multiple shifts and/or locations.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, packaging, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environment, strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS processes, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, material flow, and operational KPIs.
- Experience supporting audits, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and regulated warehouse processes.
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on operational leadership.
This position offers:
- Base salary of $95,000-$120,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
- Annual performance-based bonus opportunity
- Robust benefits package, including comprehensive employee benefit programs
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Professional growth and development opportunities
- The opportunity to play a meaningful leadership role within a growing organization
Operational Environment
This position works on-site within an active warehouse environment and may involve forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, shrink-wrap equipment, warehouse management systems, and other material-handling equipment.
The role requires the ability to work throughout multiple warehouse facilities, stand for extended periods, and perform physical activities associated with warehouse operations, including lifting and moving materials as required.
Why This Role Matters
The warehouse sits at the center of our operation. Materials need to be in the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, with the right documentation.
This leader will have the opportunity to shape how we operate as we continue to grow, strengthen our warehouse organization, develop our people, and build increasingly scalable and efficient processes.
If you're a warehouse leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing teams, solving problems, improving systems, and raising the operational bar, we'd like to hear from you.
