Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Weekend 3rd Shift Lead to oversee a warehouse team in The Dalles, OR. You will manage daily operations, assign tasks, coach staff, and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, plus SAP and WMS proficiency with handheld scanners; overtime and weekend work are expected. This position offers exposure to a dynamic supply chain environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

2 years of warehouse experience.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
Track orders and investigate problems.
Catalog and track goods and supplies.
Maintain a clean 7S workplace and safe environment.
