Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Lead in The Dalles, OR to supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

You will train and coach the team, optimize task assignments, and maintain processes in the WMS while promoting safety and strong customer service. Prior SAP and WMS experience are required, with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain documents.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and support warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; maintain 7S program.
