Job summary

GXO is hiring a warehouse supervisor in The Dalles, OR to oversee daily warehouse operations and a assigned team. You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, train staff, and maintain safety and process standards to meet customer deadlines.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and overtime flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with SAP and WMS systems.
• Ability to train and coach warehouse staff and enforce safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse team.
• Train and coach staff; drive continuous improvement and safety.
