Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 4+ years in warehouse environment.
• Experience using a warehouse management system with RF scan guns and handheld RF units.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees work productively and safely.
• Coordinate training and development with Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain compliance tracking and productivity standards.
• Audit inbound/outbound orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; lead daily kickoff meetings.
• Manage workflow on the shipping dock using the WMS.
