Job summary

Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and quality, and mentor team members. This role balances hands-on tasks with entry-level leadership responsibilities to drive efficiency and accuracy across receiving, storage, and shipping functions.

Key duties include leading safety programs, coordinating staffing and equipment needs, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while maintaining compliance with GMP and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience; leadership preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
• Basic SAP warehouse management knowledge and experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) for reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse tasks and operations including receiving, staging, loading, unloading, and inventory management.
• Communicate staffing, equipment, and repair needs to management.
• Facilitate team meetings, daily huddles, and problem-solving sessions.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory tracking, and forklift logs.
• Mentor staff, onboard and train new hires, support career development.
