Job summary

Generous Brands, maker of Bolthouse Farms and Evolution Fresh, is hiring a Plant Maintenance Leader in Southern California. You will oversee rapid repair and preventive maintenance of plant equipment, lead a technical team, and ensure safety and quality standards across operations.

The role requires experience in automated environments, strong supervision skills, and the ability to work a 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). This is a full-time exempt position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 1–3 years experience in related field or combination of education/experience.
