Generous Brands, parent to Bolthouse Farms and Evolution Fresh, seeks a Warehouse Lead in Torrance, CA. You will supervise dock operations, train staff on GMPs and SOPs, and drive improvements in productivity and safety. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and lead daily startup meetings to meet company goals.

Requires 4+ years in warehousing, WMS and RF device experience, forklift certification, and strong leadership. 2nd shift starts around 12:00–5:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and RF devices.
• Forklift operation with current MHE certificates.

Responsabilités

• Ensure employees work productively and safely.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager on training and development.
• Update and maintain compliance tracking.
• Monitor productivity and teach all job functions.
• Audit inbound/outbound orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and lead daily meetings.
• Manage work flow via WMS and coordinate outbound/inbound activities.
• Perform safety audits and assist QA activities.
