Job summary

Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., seeks a Warehouse Lead in Oxnard, CA to coach and train teams, manage daily tasks, and back up the supervisor as needed. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse duties with a strong focus on safety.

You will conduct forklift-related training, perform observations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate paperwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution; load, unload, and store materials.
