Qualifications

• Applies training and safety standards across the team in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse teammates including forklift operators.
• Lead in shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory control and general warehouse tasks.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and ensure readiness for audits.
• Serve as backup to supervisors and other warehouse roles as needed.
