Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead who will coach and train warehouse teammates while handling their own tasks. The role includes supervising shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions as needed.

The Lead provides backup to the supervisor and ensures safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse operations, a forklift license (or ability to obtain one), and experience leading a team in a

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/distribution operations (minimum 2 years).
• Leadership or supervisory training in a distribution environment (6 months).
• Forklift operator license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products and materials.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
