Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience or training in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Perform safety inspections and observations and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Move products using powered industrial equipment and manage shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
• Assist leadership as backup to supervisors and coordinate inventory activities.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and issue variances to leadership.
