Job summary

Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider in the U.S., is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Jeffersontown/Indiana-area location. You will coach and train warehouse teammates, oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, and material handling tasks, and back up the supervisor as needed.

Responsibilities include performing PIT and annual recertification training, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience.
• Licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to move products.
• Complete shipping, labeling, and other paperwork per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and cover other roles as needed.
