Job summary

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to guide daily operations on the training shift and transition to the second shift. You will coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling while upholding safety and accuracy.

You will mentor and support warehouse team members, ensure inventory accuracy with WMS/AS400, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and order accuracy in a fast-paced e-commerce/3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse distribution.
• Experience with WMS and AS400.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and coach a team.
• Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Train, mentor, and support warehouse team members while providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels using WMS/AS400.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and order accuracy.
• Ensure all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.
