Job summary

Empire Today is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to supervise hourly warehouse staff and assist leads with daily loadout processes. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution of daily warehouse activities across loadout, inventory control, and order verification, with growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Responsibilities include leading a shift, ensuring equipment safety, and pursuing trainer certification, while maintaining excellent attendance and flexibility for overtime as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of warehouse management.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities during shift, including: loadout prep, inventory control, cutting and picking tasks, and order verification.
• Lead shift in completing all warehouse cleaning/maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and operated by qualified associates.
• Become certified as a Distribution Center trainer.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Get trained and certified for forklift, carpet-cutting machine, and compactor usage.
