Job summary

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Lead to guide daily operations on the training shift and transition to the second shift. You will coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling while upholding safety and accuracy.

You will mentor and support warehouse team members, ensure inventory accuracy with WMS/AS400, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and order accuracy in a fast-paced e-commerce/3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse distribution.
• Experience with WMS and AS400.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and coach a team.
• Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL environment preferred.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

We're excited to add an experienced Warehouse Lead to our growing team! This position will begin on 1st Shift during training and will transition to 2nd Shift after successful completion of the training period.

Schedule & Pay:

• Training Schedule (First 4 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• Training Pay Rate: $21.25/hour
• After Training: Transition to 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
• Pay Rate After Training and Shift Transition: $21.75/hour
• Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) may be required as needed.
