Job summary

Cedarparktexasedc is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate and direct all department workflow and serve as the main contact for the department. The role requires guiding staff, maintaining policies, and ensuring timely project completion.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of warehouse and customer contact experience, a positive attitude, and willingness to work night/early hours as needed. Leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• 3 years warehouse experience.
• 3 years customer contact experience.
• Lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all department workflow; serve as main contact for the department.
• Support management in policies, procedures, training materials, and communications.
• Track attendance and time off; assign tasks and monitor progress; back-up to manager.
• Train staff on department specific equipment, updates to policies and processing improvements.
• Complete department projects and ensure timely tracking and completion.
• Monitor safety of teammates by ensuring equipment is used properly.
• Interact and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
