Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures and policies.
• Strong ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse associates, forklift operators, and support staff.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Conduct audits, monitor procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Collaborate with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and enforce company policies.
• Step in as needed to lead shifts and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
