Job summary

PPC-Flex in Rome, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving activities on Mon-Fri days. The role reports to the site supervisor and requires hands-on leadership to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will manage pallet and WIP counts, coordinate material movement, supervise Wrappers and Material Handlers, review timesheets in ADP, and drive continuous improvement through teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading warehouse employees in manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing.
• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material movement, receiving, and housekeeping.
• Provide daily operational updates via reporting tools.
• Supervise Warehouse Wrappers and Material Handlers and coach staff.
• Review employee timesheets in ADP and maintain records.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, purchasing, and leadership teams.
• Ensure safety, GMP and food safety adherence.
