Job summary

PPC Flex is seeking a Warehouse Lead at our Georgia facility to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team of Wrappers and Material Handlers. You will coordinate receiving, storage, and material movement while ensuring safety and GMP-aligned practices.

Reporting daily through Gemba metrics, you will drive continuous improvements, mentor staff, and partner with production, shipping, and inventory control to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading warehouse employees in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environment.
• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Ability to operate forklifts and understand safe material handling practices.
• Experience supervising and directing warehouse personnel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ADP timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily warehouse walkthroughs to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and ensure compliance with company expectations.
• Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Receive POs into Radius and verify deliveries against documentation; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate material movement and storage within the warehouse; manage packaging materials.
• Provide daily supervision and support for Warehouse Wrappers and Material Handlers; coach staff on best practices.
• Review and approve employee timesheets in ADP; maintain warehouse records and documentation.
• Deliver packages to appropriate personnel; coordinate with production, inventory, and leadership teams to support goals.
