Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution/manufacturing logistics experience, with at least 1+ year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, FIFO, cycle counting, and lot traceability.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and standard business software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily work of warehouse associates across receiving, put-away, staging, and shipping.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new associates on equipment, systems and safety procedures.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, coach staff, and administer corrective action with HR.
• Approve timecards, manage attendance, and control overtime within budget.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate priorities and safety topics.
