Job summary

FNS, Inc. in Adairsville, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to lead daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping of finished goods.

You will supervise floor staff, train new team members, uphold safety protocols, and coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires strong inventory skills and proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook, plus the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for extended business trips as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, proactive, and approachable demeanor in the workplace.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping of finished goods.
• Direct and support floor associates, assist with training new team members, assign daily tasks, and foster a productive, positive work environment.
• Actively promote and enforce company safety protocols, conducting daily equipment/safety checks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies in the WMS system, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, labels) and coordinate daily pick-ups with freight carriers and logistics providers.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks on the floor and suggest practical operational improvements to the Operations Manager.
