Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day floor lead, coordinating and prioritizing warehouse activities to support production and shipping schedules.
Lead by example through active participation in receiving, putaway, picking, staging, packing, and material delivery.
Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and adjust based on operational needs.
Monitor workflow, labor coverage, and material movement to prevent delays or shortages.
Ensure that all paperwork, system transactions, and documentation are accurate, completed, and submitted properly.
Support inventory control efforts including cycle counts, discrepancy research, and corrective actions.
