Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Respond to customer email and phone inquiries regarding order delivery and tracking data.
• Generate daily shipping lists using SAP VL10A transaction code.
• Update shipping status reports from customers via customer portals.
• Confirm receipt of returns and exchange (RMA) materials and respond to customer inquiries about incorrect or missing products.
