Job summary

Saint-Gobain Group leads warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping. The Warehouse Lead guides daily workflow, coaches associates, and partners with materials handling, inventory control, and quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years of warehouse/manufacturing experience, forklift proficiency, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Second shift, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years forklift experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• SAP experience preferred; familiarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse workflow across receiving, storage, order picking, loading, inventory control, and housekeeping.
• Coach and train associates on procedures, equipment operation, and safety.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate priorities.
• Fill in for key warehouse positions, including Loader, Utility, and Outbound Processing.
• Operate forklift to load materials and support related tasks.
• Assist with cycle counts and equipment maintenance coordination.
