Generous Brands in Torrance, CA seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee dock safety, train new hires on GMPs and SOPs, and drive continuous improvements. You will lead forklift and system training and ensure productivity and accuracy across inbound/outbound operations.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to coach teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a 2nd shift schedule and compliance with safety standards.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs and safety regulations is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Experience training others in warehouse processes (LTOs) is preferred.
• Experience with a WMS and lift trucks is necessary.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employees work productively and safely.
• Coordinate training and development with the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain compliance tracking and productivity records.
• Monitor inbound/outbound orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized and lead daily start-up meetings.
• Oversee flow of work via the warehouse management system and SOPs.
• Communicate with other departments to meet goals.
• Perform safety audits and assist QA functions.
