Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory transactions and receiving functions.
• Computer proficiency including SAP, EasyLabel, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related business systems.
• Knowledge of raw material inventory control, warehouse organization, cycle counting, and FIFO practices.
• Knowledge of GMP, BRCGS, food safety, and material traceability requirements.
• Understanding of raw material identification, labeling, storage, and contamination prevention requirements.
• Knowledge of resin material handling systems, silos, conveying systems, hopper loaders, and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Unload all inbound truck-delivered raw materials from vendors or other Sabert facilities.
• Perform SAP receiving transactions for all raw material receipts.
• Verify all incoming materials are properly identified, labeled, weighed, documented, and assigned the correct lot and inventory information.
• Rotate raw materials ensuring FIFO is followed at all times.
• Stage and replenish raw materials for production to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assist with silo changeovers, resin transfers, and bulk unloading activities as required.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts as directed by the Materials Administrator.
• Participate in monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Support inventory counting programs and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, missing inventory, SAP variances, location errors, and unidentified materials.
• Maintain segregation of approved, hold, rejected, scrap, regrind, and other designated inventory classifications.
• Coordinate the disposition and return of rejected raw materials to vendors including preparation of required documentation and shipping paperwork.
