Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Supervisory or team lead experience in warehouse.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and safety standards.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff to meet goals.
• Oversee receiving, storing and shipping to minimize damages.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Train and evaluate staff to promote productivity.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement to optimize processes.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on performance, inventory status, and staffing.
