Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise the warehouse team and drive adherence to Safety, Quality, GMP, and CPS procedures. You will monitor operations, ensure training, and manage shipment processes while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to maneuver 53-foot trailers, and strong communication. This position may involve overtime and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience backing, maneuvering, and positioning 53-foot trailers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to perform basic paperwork and shipping documentation is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direction and support to the Warehouse team and drives compliance with SOPs and policies (Safety, Quality, GMP, CPS).
• Champions a safety culture and ensures a safe work environment.
• Monitors conditions affecting employee safety and takes corrective action.
• Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specs, blueprints, job orders, and policies.
• Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality assurance training.
• Provides performance feedback to introductory employees and to plant leaders on employee performance and behavior.
• Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and workspace.
• Records shipment data (weight, charges, space availability) and determines method of shipment.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
• Other duties may be assigned by plant management.
