Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and monitor the activities of production personnel and to manage resources in the manufacturing of packaging solutions. The role focuses on safety, quality, and timely delivery while championing continuous improvement and employee development.

You will lead by example, enforce company policies, coach staff, and coordinate with maintenance and planning to meet customer specifications and production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
• AS degree is preferred.
• Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
• A drive to strive for continuous improvement.
• Computer skills.
