Job summary

Quantix SCS, LLC seeks a Warehouse Lead to guide a shipping crew in safe, efficient production, packaging and storage of customer products. You will ensure product integrity, drive performance against productivity goals, and coordinate with management on packaging and warehousing requirements.

You will mentor co-workers to meet customer requirements, report packouts and productivity, and input data into the WMS with accuracy, while upholding safety and quality standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and mentor a warehouse team effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality control in packaging.
• Ability to analyze data, report production and pack-out metrics accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and mentor assigned warehouse crew to ensure safe, timely, and accurate pack-out operations.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of packaging operations and associated paperwork and VMU input.
• Monitor production and process efficiency while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Verify proper labeling and handling of all customer products and inventories.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment readiness.
• Document non-conformances and communicate corrective actions to employees.
