Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX is seeking a Production Packaging Lead Associate who will apply advanced packaging knowledge, load and move material, and operate packaging equipment while following GMP. This role supports break coordination, mentoring, and safety initiatives on the production floor.

You will relieve operators, manage robot changeovers, assist Quality during inspections, and participate in safety and quality committees. Overtime may be required due to business needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced mathematical skills are required.
• Advanced computer experience.
• Three plus years’ equivalent experience to include training/facilitating.

Responsibilities

• Relieve the bagger and the palletizer operator.
• Operate and understand robot and complete changeovers.
• Assist and participate with Quality department activities as needed (DMR coverage).
• Demonstrate Co-Ownership in plant safety, quality and morale results.
