Job summary

DAP is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead at our Baltimore Distribution Center. You will direct the activities of the bare works area, repack area, small parcel, and special projects to achieve company goals, while coordinating with the Operations Manager during peak periods.

Responsibilities include project management, safety, and process improvement, with emphasis on training temporary staff and maintaining compliance. Competitive benefits and practical on-site leadership expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Warehouse Lead or similar role.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
• Must be able to stand/walk for periods up to 3 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of bare works area, repack area, small parcel and special projects.
• Coordinate and manage projects with guidance from Operations Manager and support teams.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with policies and customer requirements.
