Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Baltimore, MD, seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution of electrical products. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires leadership experience, KPI proficiency, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Warehouse lead or supervisor experience
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and best practices
• Ability to implement process improvements
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving history
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for team questions, training, and daily workflow
• Ensure warehouse complies with company policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Establish and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Maintain digital paper trail for goods flow
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and freight companies
• Plan delivery routes and ensure timely, accurate driver performance
• Report freight damage to Sales and Operations teams
